The strongest approach to spine care involves a team of specialists working together for the benefit of the patient: orthopedic spine surgeons working in conjunction with neurosurgical surgeons, physical medicine physicians and spine therapists.
As part of this neurosurgical expertise, the three neurosurgeons within Ann Arbor Spine Center are also a regional resource in neurosurgery, and also practice as Ann Arbor Neuroscience. These three neurosurgeons, Dr. Buckingham, Dr. Brodkey and Dr. Thomas, receive neurosurgical referrals relating to brain injury, spinal cord problems and other neurosurgical issues.
Both Ann Arbor Spine Center and Ann Arbor Neuroscience are subsidiaries of Michigan Brain & Spine Institute.
