Recognizing the national trend toward a Center of Excellence approach for complex health problems, Michigan Brain & Spine Institute founded ANN ARBOR SPINE CENTER in early 2009. The spine center of excellence includes a multidisciplinary team of ortho and neurospine surgeons working together under one roof; along with physical medicine physicians who emphasize non-surgical options; and affiliated McKenzie-trained spine therapists. Our goal is to improve the care of back and neck pain with a team approach that emphasizes non-surgical treatment options before spine surgery.
